Maddison is a compassionate and dedicated family lawyer who brings both empathy and strategic insight into her practice. Discovering her passion for family law during her undergraduate studies, Maddison began her legal career volunteering at community legal centres across Victoria. While completing her post-graduate studies, Maddison gained valuable experience assisting Queen’s Counsel at one of Sydney’s leading chambers in complex family law matters.  Since her admission as a Solicitor Maddison has practiced exclusively in family law.

Maddison’s interest in family law is grounded in a genuine understanding of the impact that separation and legal proceedings can have on individuals and families. This perspective informs Maddison’s thoughtful, pragmatic and client-focused approach, ensuring that she provides support and guidance tailored to her clients’ needs.

Maddison places an emphasis on building trusted relationships with her clients, working closely with them to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes, whether through negotiation or litigation. Committed to providing clear and practical advice, Maddison aims to empower her clients to make informed decisions about their future during what is often a challenging and emotional time.

Outside of her legal practice, Maddison is an avid sportswoman and is actively involved in the community where she volunteers as a basketball coach for athletes with intellectual disabilities. Maddison’s involvement in sports has shaped her work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills, which underpin her commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation.
