Focusing her career on Family Law, Kathryn is an expert in Parenting Matters, including negotiating Parenting Plans and Consent Orders, Mediation, and Family Dispute Resolution. She regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to progress and finalise matters for our clients, and reduce ongoing litigation.

Kathryn also has extensive experience negotiating and representing both Aggrieved and Respondents in Domestic Violence proceedings before the Brisbane and various regional Magistrates Courts, and is an Accredited Domestic Violence Duty Lawyer. She has spent many years advocating and representing parents and grandparents in Child Protection proceedings, including negotiating with the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs to see children returned home.
