Property and/or Parenting Co-Mediation

• Two experienced Mediators for a full day Mediation;

On occasion, there may be complexity depending on the nature of the property pool or the parties individual needs and/or the number of parties that warrant the assistance of two experienced Mediators working with the parties. This model of mediation is of assistance when;

1. There are concerns around non-disclosure or valuation issues (e.g. real property, chattels, businesses, superannuation) ;
2. There are preliminary issues that need to be addressed in advance of the mediation such as disclosure that may be required in advance of mediation  and  ensuring all necessary information and enquiries have been made prior to the day of the Mediation.

In this model, the parties would benefit from two experienced Mediators working side by side for the full day being Ms. Sarah Cleeland and Ms. Shelby MacDonald. 

The total costs includes:-

1. Attendance at full day Mediation with two experienced Mediators, Ms. Cleeland and Ms. MacDonald;
2. Attendance upon Ms. MacDonald – one hour each party prior to the Mediation to ensure preparedness for Mediation and to address any outstanding issues that need to be dealt with prior to the Mediation;
