We understand separating from your spouse or partner is a difficult process. It is stressful, emotional, and can seem daunting.

You may be concerned about the ongoing effects of separation on your children, and how your relationship with your spouse or partner, with or without children involved, may look like now or into the future.

We are now delighted to offer additional services to our clients, via Collaborative Practice and Collaborative Separation.

Collaborative Practice is the process where separating couples agree to work with their respective collaborative lawyers and other collaborative professionals, such as Accountants and Financial Advisors, to resolve issues without the intervention of Court. By working together, separating couples aim to reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Our Principal, Sarah Cleeland, and Senior Solicitor, Kathryn McLoughlin, are collaboratively trained and can assist you in this process.
